- Our customers order from US stores and get hit twice: a huge half-empty box billed on air, and then a surprise 'processing fee' invoice weeks later. They can't see the real price before they commit, and they can't see their parcel until it lands
- What we built
- A bilingual (English/Arabic) package-forwarding platform: free US address assignment in Delaware, parcel intake with a photo of every package, repack-and-consolidate to bill actual weight, an itemized cost calculator shown before checkout with no later invoices, customer accounts with real-time tracking from checkout to delivery, and an Arabic-first UI built on the Norixship brand system.
- The outcome
- Shoppers in the Gulf now get a free Delaware address and pay for real weight, not air — consolidation cuts their shipping cost by up to 80% per order.
